CS:GO have implemented a "Scramble Vote" (Team-Mix), but no Server-Admin wants to allow the implemented Vote-Option cause the abuse is comming very soon! ;)
Could anyone can implemented this Function in Sourcemod itself?!

It would be very nice, if someone with knowledge could build a plugin for that so the Players can "rock the scramble" or "rock the mix" or whatever to initiate a vote for mixing teams when one team is dominating! If it is possible, the Map shouldnt restart after Scramble!
