Hi, i know rigth now this doesnt exist, but i was wondering if it will ever exist?. Soooo... anyone with more knowledge than me can answer this question?.. thanks alliedmodders.

as far as my knowledge goes this is not a new game but an update to the existing dota 2, so you are still going to need to make a dota 2 server

It's on a completely new game engine.

Having said that, I've heard it's possible to make a server by running the game with a certain switch... it just doesn't actually work. My guess is that DOTA2 expects to talk to the lobby system and the in-game server doesn't do that...
