Is there a way to change the color of Server Error/connection Messages ?

I am referring to the messages that are shown when you disconnect or get error while joining the server (see image attached) and not in-game chat. Specifically if the message is sent from the server side via a plugin for e.g - "Steam ID is not valid" or "Only Prime Users can join".
