Online compiler works well.
It seems you changed something or you are using wrong sourcemod version.

EDIT: try this, go to [page 1] and click con "Get Plugin".

I use sourcemod 1.11.0 6936
Try to compile it into the sourcemod 1.11.0 6936 and get the same error, logically thinking about the error i understanded that your plugin is outdated and you need to update it
