I am currently Editing a plugin "FreezeTag.amxx" as I wanted To make it much more better..
I just wanted ur help ... How can i add Hud Message at "Top/Center" In Green Colored Text Which Stays Permanent.....

There is no such thing as a permanent HUD message. The way you have that coded is that it will use all 4 channels and overlap it every 1 second. And if another plugin decides to do the exact same thing, you will start to see flickering of the 2 messages as only 1 message can be on any channel at any time
