A way to change with how much HP survivors start?

This is how to set the max hp, but AFAIK there is some other hacks that you need to do aswell.
Also temp health (the one from pills/incap) is another property.

Creating a plugin with this lines of code? Or typing into console? Sorry im unexperienced with coding

This is a plugin code snippet.
I don't know if there is any plugin that already does that.
Some servers already do that for VIP/Perk system.

Maybe someone else can help. I don't have much time nowadays
