Show Hitboxes in GoldSrc

Hello.
Can I show hitboxes (of players models) in GoldSrc? Like that in Source:

Or there is one way only — create players models with boxes?

where do you want to show them ? HLMV already has this ability.

It's not correct. Because drawing not server-side hitboxes.
