I need a plugin that check if a cvar is 1 the plugins run and if its 0 its not working untill the cvar is 1 cause i have another plugin i want this system works with other plugin, anyway here is the plugin. when a player disconnects (and not back in five minutes), it will take a 15 minute ban, if it is disconnected two times, it takes a 1 hour ban, and if he disconnected 3 times, it takes ban of 24 hours and its reset every 24 hours.

This best suite as a paid plugin.

No one will probably do it if they don't need it. As GsiX said, you'll probably need to pay one for it or you have to hope someone does it.

I m not try to push you away from the community.
Its time consuming and need in game proper test.
