To add bots is this right?? this is how i have it and my server still has no bots

my server is through gameservers.com if i make someone a login can someone set up my cssdm the way i want? i cant get bots and the map issue

Sounds like a map problem to me, not CSSDM.

i had this problem on my clans server go into plugins and delete dm_bot_quotas.smx

then open your server.cfg and add

bot_add 
bot_quota "8"
bot_quota_mode "fill"
bot_difficulty 0 
bot_chatter off 
bot_auto_follow 1 
bot_auto_vacate 1 
bot_join_after_player 0 
bot_defer_to_human 1 
bot_allow_rogues 0

bot_eco_limit 2000  
bot_all_weapons 
bot_allow_grenades 0 
bot_allow_pistols 1

after that ur bots should work it worked perfect for me when i done it this way
