superhero scripting program?

is there a program needed to create a hero i know you hav to do the .sma but is there a speacil program or is it tripple compiler....

there is no "special program" you code your own heroes, (tutorial on superhero coding http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=30191) , save them as a .sma, and then compile them.
