Nevermind, I just had to change the map/restart the server and it worked.

Ok i downloaded the plugin and added it to the server addons, what now? I put in the command in console to activate it and it says unknown command. HELP!!!

Found a bug/glitch.

When planting near someone who is right in front of you, and your pointing at them while planting, the bomb will get stuck onto them and they would no longer be able to move. They are stuck.

The jumping thing is a nice idea too, though if provided with a cvar =]

EDIT: How is "falling" covered? (eg. you're 'planting' on a wall while running off a crate without jumping)
Hmmm, perhaps the requirement of touching any bottom surface could be removed? Then planting could be done at any time in mid-air.
(or if you're an evil admin use rope to go up a bit and plant it somewhere high xD)
