Well I can't really do anything so I won't stress =x.

I'm awaiting potential help from scripting section. I can't really help otherwise...

EDIT : Are you running DM ? Would be the problem.

Hi again sinblaster,

it seems that using that post-attached "wpndrop-cstrike.games.txt" would correct your problem, so please replace your old one by it.

I did test it on my server and get it to work, but I still do not know if you have CSSDM running or kinda-plugin would prevent it, so please use it and report back to me whether or not you're getting that bug again.

If your server doesn't get any problem I'll update my main post.

Big thanks to you and Dr!fter,

Red

I really don't see what I can do. I'll wait for the bugreport to pass (Dr!fter's one) so it can work with DM. I also added it to the buglist.

Red the most bazarre circumstances. I noticed there were no error logs this morning so I went back in to test afk bomb. It seems to work on dust2 unlimited now. I havent changed anything so I don't get it.

Sometimes on force game restart it wouldn't work. There is one bug that is an issue:

The bomb drops way to close to the player so the chances are more likely than not the bomb will fall at the players feet which in turn makes him pick it up again. So it loops.

Bomb drop
bomb pickup
etc

Also it would appear that if a player has moved at any time at the start of a round the plugin stops working. e.x:

If I start game as a terrorist with bots I always get the bomb. If at round start I move at all, the bomb drop ceases to work. So I can take a few steps, go AFK, nothing happens. It seems I have to be AFK right from start. Maybe you meant this?

I am going to test this some more when nobody is in game and will report what I find and if any error logs show again.

cheers

I did put that in first post a while ago... also in "How it works" (first post)... I did explain it... The problem comes from map spawnpoints where there is a tiny hill, meaning that a force from the ground will make the bomb 'bounce' back to the owner. I really don't see it as a problem. If someone want it, he stick him and TADAAA !! he has the bomb !

I do know... but that means he isn't really afk (there will always be such bypass to an anti-afk plugins).

Imagine you spawn with the bomb in D2 and awp mid. That means you could be standing motionless, checking mid, during easily 10 seconds... at least...

I don't check later on because I do believe motionless situation exist.

-------

The problem should really be related to DM, so maybe you just removed it and it explains why it suddenly stopped bringing error ?

If you're making both work at a time tell me, I'd update my .txt in first post.

Sorry red I looked at first post the day I first posted and havent looked at it again so I am very sorry I didnt notice the drop issue mentioned.

No I left the plugin in, as I was hoping for some error logs I could give you to help. So I have no idea why its not producing errors now. Maybe a source update?

Maybe if a player is static for 10 seconds in other circumstances it could throw the bomb? I believe that even when youre staking out in a safe position your still moving your mouse to see things. All that said thanks for the help

You did replace the .txt right ?

If so, you probably didn't restart the plugin, which was needed to (since the function is only taken on plugin-load).

For your third point I might add that. Will depends on my mood =) lol (got not-so-fun-schoolworks rush).
