Small icons in chat like twitch

Is there any chance, that chat in CS:GO can work as Twitch chat? That means if u type 4head it will show icon of 4head, omegalul etc. xd

Unlike gmod, the CSGO chat isn't really capable of any modifications other then things like colors where in gmod you have more control over the HUD

it can show icons above the head, look for something like this:

you will just need to make alot .vmt and .vtf files for icons

and ofc lists of emotions
