Running MMSource 1.9.1 latest dev, and Sourcemod 1.4.7 latest dev (as of today) on CS:Source...Everything else appears to be restricting properly, and the settings are saving properly when checking them, however it just isn't restricting it.

Something is Happening here.....

Since the Update yesterday people are able to purchase AWPS....sorta

We have them Restricted but people are still able to purchase them, though they drop to the ground...and anyone can pick them up after.

It seems There is always ONE person on the server that can Actually USE it now. Everyone can buy it but it drops.....but only One person can actually Use it!!!! wtf?
