I have to ask too, how is changing a server side setting(nothing is changed on the client) slowhacking?
There was a plan at some point to add okapi to the core modules, but the module is bugged and no one bothered to fix it.

What is changed on the client is this footstep hack for one and not the other without informing the players.

That's quite a stretch. Slow hacking refers to manipulating a clients game files or configuration on the clients device. And on top of that, its usually malicious. This API and plugin does not achieve that nor is it anywhere near slow hacking.

According to your logic, modifying players' movement speed, gravity, giving them weapons, making them glow or any actual plugins that do something is considered slowhacking.

You can read the actual definition of slowhacking on Valve's Developer website.

Thanks for the information including link. The link implies everything Amxx is slowhacking albeit with a few distinguished malicious examples. Some clients might think they need to reinstall! This work is not malicious and it is nice we have a good demonstrative example on how to use Orpheu.

Here is a related example of silent footstep misunderstanding that lead to complete reinstall.

Valve is well known for threatening whatever thing that they don't like for whatever reason. Anyway honestly you should stop it DJ, we all make mistakes.
