Like says the first post, it's a compilation of the threads of this section. That's not about beginner or whatever, it's about an index of links of all the tutorials/snippets/whatever of this section. Purpose is to find more easily an existing tutorial. Whether the tutorials are for beginners or not, it's up to you.

It's for everybody, that's the great thing about it. If you are a beginner I suggest you start with "Programming for Starters" and "Pawn Picture Tutorial" under the Pawn Programming > General section.

Please can you add a part where you tell beginners which part to start with? i really don't know where to go from, just like an index for n00bz

What you ask has nothing to with this thread. To answer anyway, what you want to do is useless (it won't be more efficient) and a tutorial could not help you since you would need to understand the code, so better to either give up or learning to code.
