It looks so - You have CS addon package installed. CSDM 2.1.2 k seems to be loaded, but from the log messages it looks like it doesn't work as it should. That means You should try to find something in the log from the server start - about CSDM module loading. Usually it says something like this "module not loaded - contact author". That happens if You are using i.e. ZBOTs or CS non-steam.

its steam... and we dont run bots... right now its our clans second server, and its basically a fresh install... i try to deactivate everything whenever i install something new, to makes sure it installs as it should...
