Hello, I'm community tournament organizer, and I have to make about 8~10 tournament server.

Server spec will be:
i7 8700k stock
16gb ram
Windows 10 Pro
500MBps Ethernet

I want to make server like this:
10player, 3spec, 128tick
64tick GOTV (no spec allowed, only for GOTV demo record)
eBot support (Warmod or got5 would be fine)

1. How many server I can run smooth at 1 physical server? (no sv, var spike or lag)

2. Is there any guide for making eBot server? I've googled some guide but I can't find one that.

3. Do I have to use linux for better server performance? (didn't used linux before so I have to learn how to use it)

1. You should be able to run 10 servers just fine.
2. The eBot website has all the informations you need.
3. Yes, linux will provide you a "better" performance will been more lighweight.

Thanks TomL! I can't use linux for now (cause I don't have plenty time to learn Linux ).

I'll use Windows SRCDS server manager to manage every server, and eBot as tournament plugin.

Last time I tested 1 server with eBot (PC spec was same above), and I used server config from this github(https://github.com/bjerrecs/CSGO-Config-Templates).

When I tested server with 10 player, there was many spikes at sv and var(var stays at 0.4~0.7) and lag occures when match start and many smokes are spread through one site.

Is it just server problem? (like plugin, config) or Should I install Linux for consistend server performance?

eBot won't work good on windows what so ever unless we are talking about lan setup.
eBot's websocket will constantly crash on windows (at least from what I have experienced, and I have about 5~ years experience with eBot.)
If you are using that computer for lan I would suggest using "eBot Portable" - http://kug.us.to/files/csgo/ebot-portable/.
If that's not the case you better of using Linux, specifically Debian 7/8 or Ubuntu Server 14/16.

You CAN install eBot on windows and make it work, but if you are going to use Linux anyways, I don't see a reason why would you.

I thought I need ebot for easy match medic and setup. I tried eBot Portable too but it was way too old (2016).

My tournament will mainly held on online so I'll try other plugin. Is there any recommendation?

get5's web interface is not good imo.
Warmode is too amateur for me.
eBot is the best in case of managing teams, seasons, matched, servers etc, but the installation is annoying in your case.
Again, if you have a Linux server the installation would be quick and painless.
On Windows the story is a little bit different.
Did you actually try to install eBot on Windows? If so what problems did you encounter?

There's no problem with installing and using web page, but sometimes eBot match can't connect to server (like this image https://imgur.com/a/42ag7K9)

And, portable's eBot version is old, there's no vertigo in the map pool.

Can I modify eBot and use latest version at portable?

That's probably caused by the server blocking eBot, check with your eBot / Server logs / console to see if eBot got banned from RCON connections by accident.

You can update eBot portable but it is not so simple as it sounds.
