Reliable Channel Overflowed?

Hello All,
I have a CS 1.6 Server but form the past few days i am noticing some error called reliable channel overflowed which is experienced by all players in the server!

I have googled it and I found its because of nextmap.amxx and timeleft.amxx using which anyone can kinda mess with the server. I really need a fix for this

There is no issue with those plugins that I am aware of. To test it yourself, remove those 2 plugins and see if it still happens

this means the server sending too much packets which players can't deal with, try remove custom plugins one by one as YamiKaitou mentioned in #2 post
