Steam Validation Reject

Hey are,
I have one big problem. When someone joins in my server writes STEAM VALIDATION REJECT...
Im using steamcmd...
How can i fix it?

Did you download steamcmd from steampowered.com?
Did you add "patches" or other 3rd party mods to the server?

I did everythink linke in discription in this forum...
No i have clear addons, no plugins, no paches

From where did you follow to install the server?

Although the version number seems odd i can connect just fine. Most likely they are non-steamers, so nothing to worry about.
