I have hns server and recently something went wrong with ladders in server.

Sometimes when you climp up you stuck and can't move.

I was searching forum for some kind of ladders bug and found just one plugin releated with ladders https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1440401 but this plugin didn't help me at all.

So anybody knows what could cause "stucking on ladders" problem?

Post the output of the following
status
amxx plugins
meta list
version
meta version

Disable all Addons and test ladders on clean HLDS, on default map (e.g. cs_assault). For check what's the problem, in HLDS or Addons (AMXX, Metamod).
Enable Metamod, test again.
Enable AMXX without 3rd party plugins, test again.
Enable AMXX with 3rd party plugins, test again.
