how can i alter the name of the stv bot to refelect whatever i want it to be called? I tried adding tv_name "name here" to my server.cfg but it changed nothing, where can i make the name change?

You will need to restart the SourceTV bot in order to apply the name change. This means either restarting the server or running tv_stop and changing the map.
