How can I change player collision model to "pushing model" .. like prop_physics_multiplayer physics or tf2 player collision ?

It works, but is it possible to reduce the stiffness.
-I can not go through the player and push afk player
- If I jump on the player's head in the elevator, the player dies
Repulsive force is much stronger than in tf2

there are server variables for changing the pushaway force of multiplayer physics objects i think they start with the sv_pushaway prefix, i think they change all multiplayer physics props behaviour so be warned.
