just change the .org to .io

Proper updates will come whenever I have the time to sit down and actually hammer them out, as well as figure out decent webhosting which doesn't force HTTPS.

Updated to 18.0115.0. This update just fixes the Updater url, as well as finally fixes the download links in the OP.
