I know , this is an old question everybody asks .
After 1 year i bought a vps and i move my backups to it . i ran the server . It ran without any error and the server came up like before but i cant connect to it !!
I searched everywhere, I read every article about this, and whatever I do, it doesn't work
1 year ago, the same backup was correct with the same settings and I could easily connect to the server
I also ran a new raw server, but it still didn't work
What could be the problem?

Firewall. Update via SteamCMD.

I turned off the firewall completely. I ran a new server with steamcmd, but it's still the same. When the player connects to the ip I gave, it doesn't even show in the server console that someone has connected

As you can see, the port is running, but the player cannot connect through CS
