i got an idea, but i have no time to make it and probably i'll stuck somewhere in code.
The idea is:

It must be HnS server! At roundstart, if you kill the one who is with most frags from CTs he will drop a knife and you can take it (you must be T) and knife other CTs. But if you kill another CT and he is not the one with most frags, he will NOT drop any knife. So it can be dropped 1 time per round, and only one T can get it. I think you understood me. Sorry about my poor English.
Probably someone can make this, but its just an idea. And something important, i think you need to edit the hns plugin by Exolent so the T can get the knife.
