i want to cycle a vote (for example 1 time per hour) with question like "Upgrade to cs1.6?" "yes" "no" which does nothing, but logs detailed answers and results which can be viewed later by an admin.

i suppose it will be enough to make some changes to default adminvote amxx plugin. but what kind of changes?
