Generally it means that Throttle is down, you'll need to wait for the next time the crash happens.

Those messages are from the game's built in Breakpad implementation, accelerator doesn’t appear to be loaded at the time of your crash, which is quite common with crashes on server shutdown.

Hey, accelerator seems to cause a crash loop for me, but only when there are dumps that it wants to upload.

steps to repro:
1. install MM, SM & Accelerator
2. start server, everything works fine
3. do
Code:
killall -s SIGSEGV srcds_linux
to cause a crash
4. server gets stuck in restart loop, even after hard reset etc. - the upload thread is started and then it crashes

Please could you DM me some of your files from /opt/gameservers/csgo-ds/csgo/addons/sourcemod/data/dumps/ (make sure you've caught the crash after the upload thread starts, not just the forced crash to trigger it - you should have at least two minidumps and their associated metadata.)

Would it be possible to include an API / configuration setting within the website? I'm wanting new crash reports to automatically appear in a discord channel.

It does not create a crash log even when a sourcemod plugin was the cause.
