My servers freezes with 2 players online and I don't know what to do.
What server.cfg should I use?

Info:
4 Cores 2.27 GHz each
5TB Bandwidth
4GB RAM
4GB VSwap
sv_maxunlag 0.5
sv_minrate 100000
sv_maxrate 0
sv_maxupdaterate 101
sv_minupdaterate 70
OnlyX is offline
