[TF2] VSH crashing since last update?

So, since the last major TF2 update, I have been getting a lot more random crashes on my VSH server.
Sometimes, the server is up for 1-2 hours, other times only 5-15 minutes.

This only affects my (and seemingly, other) VSH servers - regular mods, or even JB is fine.

Seeing how there are 19 owners / 36 ips, maybe some model is broken? Since it occurs in GetPoseParameters (bones?).

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Try disabling the Thermal Thruster. The weapon change animation can crash randomly, it seems.
