Hi folks, I have an Insurgency server with a plugin that respawns bots. I get errors that bots are stuck, which indeed they are, and in some maps they don't move at all.

The original dev has tried to address this by using GetClientAbsOrigin and GetVectorDistance to then slay the bot if stuck. However, this doesn't really work properly.

I was wondering if there was a way to prevent them getting stuck or choosing where they spawn? Psychonic mentioned something to do with cvars for TF2, but I've got INS.

I'm attaching the source if anyone can help. The particular functions are Timer_CheckEnemyStatic and Timer_CheckEnemyAway.

Confirmation, this was in the AMXMODX forum but moved to Sourcemod if anyone is able to assist?

Does this occur on all maps or just some?

I'm asking because I'm wondering if it's a weird interaction with the bot navigation mesh for a particular map or if this plugin respawns bots somewhere outside the navigation mesh.

It wouldn't be the first time I've seen an auto-generated navigation mesh where part of the map is missing from it *coughtf2kothharvestcough*

There is a timer in my plugin regarding Navmesh but I'm not sure entirely what is done as part of it. It is a respawn plugin. I know nothing about Navigation Mesh but I have heard of it.

It doesn't happen on all maps, but on many. It happens with the plugin unloaded. Others have suggested it could be because the said custom maps have poor spawn points?
