There are some guys on fourm like asherkin, BAILOPAN - Administrators. They can change what ever they like on forums -_-'. You can/may request them

. And did you notice asherkin gets a random(from a pre-defined list) pic on each post (if you want to test look at his pic and refresh that page). I think he made a php script for that.
