Hey-o, guys. So this mod does a brilliant job of making weapon stats modifiable, but, as far as I can tell, it does not have an available method for modifying character traits, such as health, speed, etc. Am I incorrect in assuming this? If so, can someone please direct me to a modification which does allow for changing character traits?

That's assuming I actually knew how to use them, which I do not, I'll be honest. Is there really not a single existing plugin out there that allows for modification like this? I'm trying to make the inner workings of my server similar to Star_'s Starmod, but I'd be damned if I could find any information on how it was all set up.
