Custom Spray for CS 1.5

Is it Possible to Write a module or find to way to work around the custom spray problem with CS 1.5 through amxmodX?

This on would be kinda interesting and fun one..

For CS 1.6, HL Tag Converter works fine.
For CS 1.5, I don't know.
