[RQ] Why can not I move players from the admin menu??

Hello. I have a problem with the admin menu on my server. When I want to move a player does not get. He writes in the chat that he is moved but does not move it. : /

He is talking about Amxmodmenu i guess and to be more specific i guess amx_teammenu

- There are conditions while moving ( changing team of a player )
Ex: Limit of changing teams may have been exceeded
Ex: User may have moved to spec and u are trying suddenly to change his team ( goes to ex1 again )
so on ...

Yes, it's about the amx_teammenu command.
All commands work besides this, no matter if he moves the player terrorist, counter terrorist or spectator!

Normally that should work, output your active plugin list from amx_plugins clcmd.

If a plugin is not working it will list the error messages.
And you should check for error messages in ../addons/amxmodx/logs

You mixed up the correct plugin order.
Do not change the order of the base plugins except a plugin requires this!
Get a clean version of plugins.ini and add your plugins at the bottom of the list (except as said it is required!) and don't change the order of the base plugins.

I did everything I wrote, just made a Terrorist and a Counter Terrorist. For a spectator he can not ..
