He is talking about HNS jump blocks. Theres alot of interest for it atm. Theres one out there but he refuses to give it away to the public. If any 1337h4x0r could make it it would be deeply appreciated by the community!

EDIT2: is HNS in 1.6 different from hide and seek in te other games? All i've found is people parkouring in maps.

Inside the video description you can find the server ip for the polish server which runs this mod on CS:GO.
They included not every plattform but the common ones are done and it's a lot of fun when you can bhop a bit.

Yes, I've been trying that server out therefore I know it's possible to make it work in CS:GO. However I do not have the skills requiered to make one myself.

If anyone decides to finally make one and make it an official release. Please let me know!
