TechnoWolf Gaming is looking for a professional script/coder of sourcepawn who can make this plugin. We will pay up to $20 if not more for the plugin and would like for it to be exclusive. Payment will be via paypal so sorry if you don't have paypal.

Plugin we're looking to have is for subscribers. Looking for the name to be Subscriber upgrade party or something along those lines. Basically, when someone gets the Reservation flag on any of our servers for TF2, a sound file is played we choose, they get an effect on them of any kind as long as it's cool I'd like to see music notes or some kind(maybe with the ear buds) play around them in a way. Everyone on the server gets Powerplay for an amount of 15 seconds and a message appears in chat and in center text saying "(Subscriber Name) has subscribed to TG, enjoy the perks!". Anything else you can add would be appreciated.

Our Paypal is verified and we do have the money.

I seriously doubt any coder will approach this for the amount you've designated.

what amount would you specify? I would pay more, i did that as a starting price. Not too familiar with normal pricing since i never tried at a custom made plugin.

It's a 20-30 minute plugin, $20 would be quite fair...
