[ANY]Kick Steam Accounts Under Specific Age

I have a friend who is having an issue on a tf2 server he moderates, where a person is repeatedly getting on the server and hacking and getting banned by steam ID and IP. The guy keeps coming back with new accounts and he is using a VPN to circumvent the IP ban.

I've looked around for ways to check the age of a steam account and I am unable to find anything about it. I want to either make a plugin or find a plugin to check the age of an account and if it's under a certain value kick them from the server. If someone could make the plugin, show me one that exists, or point me in the right direction so I could attempt to make the plugin I would be grateful.

I wonder if SteamWorks extension may be able to do this. I'll leave this to KyleS, the maker of said ext.

You don't actually need SteamWorks to achieve this. Simple HTTP requests to Valve's API with their steam id returns the same data (:
