I recently went into a practice server (Deathmatch) and saw this variation/sv.

Yes, my deathmatch server performs that way.

All my servers can hit 0.00 variance.

var is easy to lower it to 0.000, but the sv 0.0 +- 0.0 seems not legit for me with 10 players on it lol, what cpu is it? 50 gHZ?
