The message when jails open depends on the map, but there are other plugins that do that

Here is another version including some fixes I made (While I was banned) I added Drekes latest updates to it too.. Sorry about all the bugs in the previous versions I released. This is the most stable version so far.. So keep the bug reports & suggestions coming. Me and Drekes will continue fixing lol..

bug: sometimes on new round everyone glows in white
hm another idea: make Shot 4 Shot with random weapons and IF you make this you can remove scout war and shotty war ..

found 2 bugs:

1. when we play shot 4 shot recently about 3-4 rounds then the deagle of the Ts dissapears and if he grab any weapon it dissapears again ..

2. when a T choose to choose the special day for tommorow from LR .. and if choose music day, the CTs also can write /daysmenu and choose anything they want .. and on next spawn the T can turn On/Off the music again ..
