This plugin is really simple, when a player enters the server it sets his rates/fps commands to the best values making the user faster and less laggy.

Neat, but all that crap doesn't seem to fix my FPS lol.

If you turned off weather (cl_weather), wouldn't that help it a bit? Seemed to help me in de_aztec.

Don't return PLUGIN_HANDLED from forwards like putinserver because other plugins will then not catch that forward.

These aren't the "best" values at all, they are also values used for LAN play. Each client/player is different and you bumping up his/her rates to such incredibly high values is a stupid idea.

You didn't remove plugin_handled

You're breaking other plugins the way you're doing it.

Only post plugins ONCE.
