greetings
what is way to get server on tf2 to run above 30 slots

I asked owner of 64 slot server (skail) and their asking almost 2k$ for their code to do that which I laughed at. I saw other community run it too, is there some secret? help would be appreciated, git repo i found only work with bots and is buggy, server crash once two hours above 35 so i delete it from server
