There are some issues:

You do not include all the files used to compile your plugin in your post.
You do not list any dependencies.

On top of that... this is a very very odd way (along with RMF) to do things. I would not have approved RMF because of the coding style alone, so I am inclined to do the same here.

It works on my server, but it often requires a manual reload after a map change/server restart.

It would be nice if a precompiled copy of the spy dispenser was included somewhere on this thread.

The compiled version is on the first page and has been since I posted, one thing I did not do though is mention that it requires the RMF pack to be installed.

I don't really mind if this gets approved or not as it only really a adpation of one of the RMF abilities.

i have had problems with this... compiling doesnt work on most... the original one wont load.. one of the disguisespy_move_sentry_working ones works... but the stupid disguise kit is stuck up on the screen and cant get rid of it.
this has a lot of potential and i would love to see it working bug free. Oh and the sound wav for the sentry fails after 3 cycles i think it was.

Also, if you have to add sm reload yourplugin.smx to the server.cfg just to get it to work some of the time, something is obviously wrong with the plugin.

You also cannot use the same plugin name, description, and cvars as an already-approved plugin as that can easily confuse users and cause conflict between the two plugins.

Which button is the alt fire? The one that activate's spy's cloaking?
