[TF2] Replacing a Taunt's Model?

Hi there. I'm trying to replace a model on a taunt by forcing the users to download the model from FastDL. To my knowledge that's how you do it for other valve games (CSS, etc.) But I can't seem to get it to work. The assets for everything else download and then... nothing. I'm not sure if there's a plugin or a command I'm missing. I'm using Easydownloader to Precache which to my knowledge looks fine CFG wise?

It downloads the tf2_fdd astolfo player stuff just fine, and the bare knuckle beatdown textures but nothing else. Is there something I'm missing?
