I just installed a csgo server but when I join to the server I can't download files from the server like sound and materials, it is just stuck on 0%

I tried to use:
sv_allowdownload 1 (server.cfg, gamemode.cfg)
sv_allowupload 1 (server.cfg, gamemode.cfg)

cl_allowdownload 1 (in my console)
cl_allowupload 1 (in my console)

It didn't work.

I tried to join to other servers and I succeed to download files.

You need to setup fastdl

Other servers are using a web server with sv_downloadurl pointed at it. I'm not actually sure if using sv_allowdown/upload works in CSGO, though even if it did it's not a great idea for performance reasons.

Allowdownload work but you need to set up your mirror / fast dL sv_downloadurl «*«linkofyourfasrdl*»
