[HELP] Plugin Start Round Sound

hello.Can somebody help me please?
I need this PLUGIN , Round Start Sound.
I want a sound at the beginning of the round.
I have a server CSGOR for cs 1.6 ,and i want to make a sound at the beginning of the round.

Or a c4 plugin ,Start a sound before 10 seconds that the bomb explodes

Or a plug-in to start a sound for one minute before the round ends
