As Wilczek said, it's not really easy to tell why this error is happening and there are literally a thousand possible reasons for this.
This error code only tells us at what stage of sending the message a failure happened, but not why.
For example, your firewall could block the request, steam could be down, etc. Sometimes you can find more info in the logs.

I'm not sure what made you think that we need money, it's just that the system has been in some sort of a "bugfix-only mode" for a while.
Reasons for this are an increasing lack of interest, time and motivation. That however doesn't mean we don't care about it, we do, as you can see in my post history.
There are no new releases, yes, but the development branch is updated from time to time, maybe this should be made clear on the first page.
We don't feel like it's ready to be released, but we try to keep it bug free and recommend anyone to use it and tell us if something doesn't work.
Is there something you think we're doing wrong or should do different? I'm always open for constructive criticism.

I'm not sure what you did to get these errors, but they're definitely not normal.
I'm sorry, but I suggest that you ask in the sourcemod/scripting section for help on how to compile plugins instead, this has nothing to do with the plugin.
Is there a reason why you have to compile yourself?

Nope, it's quite the opposite - you guys do a great job and I really appreciate it. I just thought that fixing current bug may be time consuming, so we could raise the money to say "thank you" for all your efforts to keep this mod alive.

No, you need to replace the messagebot extension, that's what was updated.

OK i haven't read all posts, there is not a compiled version somewhere ? The link on first post is break.

I triied but i'm not really familiar with compiling sutffs, i don't really understand those 2 directives :

Download Opensteamworks and place it one path before
Download Sourcemod and place it one path before
