Try doing a full wipe and fresh install of everything. Something is messed up somewheres.

[V I R U S]

1. Linux doesn't use *.dll files. It uses *.so files.
2. Instead of "\" on linux use "/" by choosing you path to file (ex. in metamod.ini : linux addons/amxmodx/dlls/amxmodx_mm_i386.so).
3. Check all files so that they are really where they should be.
