Looking for "Command Say"

Hello,

i am looking for a plugin... (I have seen it in CSS this feature..., no plugin).

If an admin change a command...

example:

Code:

"rcon sv_gravity 900"

The counter strike source server say to all clients:

[IMG]http://img108.**************/img108/3281/900vc2.th.jpg[/IMG]

I am hoping you understand what i have meant.
It's the best if the plugin use "amx_say", because many servernames are long.
