I'm posting this here because I don't want to support it and It's basically a bunch of different plugins mixed into one to offer one single plugin that just works. This is mainly a bunch of copying & pasting as well as personal work put into it for my servers I used to host. (I don't host servers anymore)
There's like a million includes & tons of features I'm not wanting to type up so take a look at the source and use it if you're inclined. I don't take credit for half the code so don't thank me. Some of the code is messy, fair warning!
If you want easy VIP Perks to add to your server and you know the requirements by looking at the source, use it. If you want to copy & paste features into your own plugin or make a fork of this plugin, use it. You don't need my permission obviously but I'm wanting this to be put to good use.
As of 1/20/2015: I updated the plugin by removing an old include file, adding the required functions & uploading the private includes that came with it. You need
